Purpose of SAMACAA
(South African Marriages Anniversary Celebrations & Award Association)

We are a South African Marriages Anniversary Celebrations & Awards Association wishing to assist couples stay in marriage for the sake of building a healthy society. "What God has joined together let no man put asunder". We want to honour long lasting marriages that lasted from 3 years to 65 years with Gifts, Citations, Certificates of Achievements, Diplomas and Honorary Degrees of recognition. All South African race groups are welcome including International guests for our Federation of International Marriage Anniversary Celebrations Awards (FIMACA) initiative!

Founder

SAMACAA is an NGO based in Johannesburg and founded by Mr. Isaac Khonjelwayo who is a business consultant and an enterpreneur, author, podcast producer and an artist. As family man with 5 grand children and celebrated his 43th marriage anniversary in September. As member of a network of over 30 international self-improvement authors and self-published himself, Mr. Isaac Khonjelwayo brings a lot of skills, knowledge and wisdom to be shared with members of this association.

His career as social reformer and political activist started in the late 70's until today. His radical ideas to transform society and uplift communities and ordinary people is unique and in high demand by the international community especially his podcasts, published on 10 braodcasting Prominent Platforms.

Objectives Of Our Association - SAMACAA

To honour the long lasting marriage commitments endured by married couples in offering prize awards and recognition for outstanding commitment to marriage.
To impart new practical skills acquired by experienced couples to struggling relationships what makes a thriving and a successful marriage.
To teach our young people the importance and value of committing to a serious relationship that will lead to a healthy prosperous lasting happy families.
To acknowledge that a healthy family and a healthy society is the consequence of a healthy marriage blessed by God and supported by good family values.
To recognize and award married couples with leadership prizes for the milestone each couple had achieved on their path, as champions to come out victorious in their battle against negative forces.
Showcase appreciation and gratitude that married couples had to overcome from challenges they've faced and the resilience to be victorious throughout their obstacle courses.
To form alliances with local and international organizations, and partner with other educational institutions who share our common aspirations and goals in promoting and hosting local and regional prize awards events.
Offer relationship courses and workshops to newlyweds by our experienced veteran members of the association to strengthen bonds of new participants with coping and leadership skills.
To define new family and relationship rules of engagement that will meet challenges imposed by technology, social media and the changing phases of a relationship during its growing stages.
Schedule and celebrate all successful marriage anniversaries by hosting special Local & International events equivalent to Miss Universe or Miss World where the world can begin to see and experience what true love is all about (learning to lead by example) is our motto.
